We threw her a surprise dinner party at Olive Garden and invited some of her closest friends. She had no idea and was very surprised. The hardest thing was not calling her the whole day on her birthday. I wanted her to be extra surprised for the party Cody, Holly and I planned.
I made my Mom a Fondant Red Velvet Cake. It was only my second time making and rolling fondant but I think it looked as good as it possibly could for still being a newbie.
